Elizabeth is a New York based neuroscientist who loves reading, drawing, food, & videogames. She is a rare breed of academic influencers (has a whopping 23.4k followers on Instagram) who loves merging art and science and sharing her passion with fellow researchers.

Dr. Shivanee Shah, PhD, ELS

Dr Shivanee Shah obtained her Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India, with an Honors in Microbiology and Biochemistry; her Master’s degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, India, in Biochemistry; and her doctoral degree in Immunology from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, Loyola University, Chicago, USA. She has had the opportunity to complete two postdoctoral fellowships, one at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, USA, and one at the Department of Pathology, University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, USA.
